Nicky Old said:

“As a former journalist, bookseller and literature graduate whose career has focused on education and lifelong learning, I feel honoured to be joining the fantastic team at the Publishers Association early this Autumn.

“I truly believe that publishers are a force for good, and are more important than ever in the polarised times that we live in. I look forward to working with the Publishers Association’s diverse and brilliant membership to help champion and celebrate the UK’s world-leading publishing industry through impactful campaigns and bold, authentic communications.”

Dan Conway, CEO of the Publishers Association, commented:

“We’re thrilled to have Nicky joining the Publishers Association. She has a wealth of relevant experience which will be of huge value to our team and our members. I’m very much looking forward to working with her when she joins later this year.”
